Details
Pros
As a salesperson your time is your own, as long as you perform and meet your goals you are not micro managed. New ownership has made the one time family owned company a very aggressive competitor, without taking away from the sales people commissions, as it was once run prior.
Cons
We are going thru a transsions and laying off old time employees.
Advice to Senior Management
To spend more time communicating to the ranks.
