    Very Flexible, Management is very down to earth and approachable.

    I have been working at WES Health System full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Not many pros to the company. If you need a job just go for it but remember to continue to look for work.

    Cons

    When I worked for Wes I only received one salary increase of 1% in 2 years.
    There is no potential to grow within the agency.
    Management doesn't know what they are doing.

    I worked at WES Health System as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

    I loved my coworkers. I got to surf the internet and use my phone during throughout the day.

    Cons

    Really bad management. My boss was in charge of two schools, the elementary and high school so she split her time evenly. She was a pushed over the person under her who was in charge of me did have good management skills, she micromanaged people, walked around arrogate because she has a higher degree and did not allow people to express their opinions on ideas or brainstorm about better treatment plans. Other clinicians were the complete opposite and loved working with them. Although was just a intern, you should flag someone idea just because of the positions,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Become more organized, allow people to express their ideas. The boss should not have soo many responsibilities she can not handle. Why are in charge of two schools? WES is a low end job for people who do not want to go back to school or grow in there career field.
