“Western Inventory review for managers”

Pros

There are some slow times, where as a manager you get paid for working less than 40 hours in a week. Use of company vehicles for personal use. Get to work with some great people. laptops provided for personal use.

Cons

Time off was difficult to schedule sometimes. Hours of work were never set, depended on each individual job. Shift work and evenings, and weekends. Some peak periods made you work over 60+ hours in a week, sometimes nore than 6 days straight. Pay for managers is average at best unless you have been there a long time.

Advice to Senior Management

Higher pay to start and more managers to ease the busy periods would be nice. Better treatment (scheduling) of the counting staff during busy times
