    Pros

    Recently awarded Chicago's best place to work by Chicago Tribune. Fun place to work. Very flexible timings. Innovative product. A lot of HR activities and training to address employee's issues. True culture of innovation. Management considers employees as their assets. Good salary and refund on medical opt out benefits which I have not heard elsewhere.

    Cons

    Big team development work flow could have been improved.

    Keep up the good work as you are doing.

    Company empowers employees to take action. Leaders listen to employees and act on their feedback. Very great work benefits and environment. People are generally respectful and talented.

    Cons

    Workload can be intense at times. Not everything is perfect but company works to consistently improve.

    Pros

    Very autonomous, little to no managerial interference Loose atmosphere, very laid back and friendly Management open to new ideas

    Cons

    For my job, it was 50% travel Since they're a manufacturing company, they're directly affected by any economic downturns

    Advice to Management

    Spend money wisely and take advantage of all opportunities to save money. Help the regulatory agencies to embrace new technologies (i.e. virtualization) Always keep innovating and keep the engineers at the forefront of new innovations.

    Pros

    The pay is good, the hours are flexable, PTO (Vacation/Sick days) is excellent, above averge number of Holidays and a good management team.

    Cons

    Larger company- hard to get things done. Sometimes internal clients are difficult, have other priorities, are too bussy or just don't want to take responsibility. Difficulty and amount of work can be overwhelming at times.

    Advice to Management

    New managemnt is on board with the purchase of WMS by Scientific Games
