Good work life balance. Happy environment. Lots of learning.

Assistant Manager - Operations (Current Employee)
    Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

ProsGood work life balance. Transparent appraisal system. Good office culture. Good mentorship. I joined as a fresher and have stayed here for more than 5 years mainly because of good work life balance and people.

ConsSalary is a bit lower than counterparts. However, the positive side compensates for that in the long run.

Advice to Senior ManagementWhen hiring someone from outside, their experience, position and salaries should match those of the current employees, else it demotivates them and they start looking out for better prospects.

    Best company to work for.

    Senior CSA (Former Employee)
    Bangalore (India)

Prostimings are best in the city, with weekend offs,
regular development & training programs for employees,
open and approachable management for any discussion, shearing of ideas & issues.
Good timely appraisal and salary increment.

ConsShould be willing to relocate for quick growth.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement should consider giving opportunity for senior employee first, rather than looking for younger ones with less pay.

Good Place to learn - Poor Management - A lot of nonsense happens here

    Assistant Manager (Former Employee)
    Mumbai (India)

ProsGood exposure to different kinds of businesses- many things to do and learn here

ConsSr Group Managers dictate terms - a lot of vulgarity and cheapness displayed in the organization. Girls are looked at as objects more than employees. Sr Group Managers are horrible.

Advice to Senior ManagementWell they should take sexual harassment complaints seriously. have proper investigations and fire Sr Group managers if they bully or misbehave with employees
