    No promotions, hard to beat competitors new customer deals, very litttle marketing materials

    Get better promotions, change pay structure, listen to your sales people before you make a decision or ask them what would be a good deal.

    Listen to your frontline employees - they're the ones who are getting feedback from your customers! Stop focusing on the bottom line and start focusing on the customer again - without them, you wouldn't exist!

    Pros

    The company shows a commitment to their employees for success. The company culture is one of the best I've seen.

    Cons

    With growth is pain. As the company has expanded and extended their reach, change was inevitable that had a huge impact on employees and moral. Unfortunately it could have been avoided with better foresight and planning.

    Pros

    Benefits are amazing! The pay is amazing! For a call center it is a really good job. Time off is good, you get 6 sick days, 4 personal days (Automatically on day one) and earn 2 weeks all paid, which increase with tenure. They also work a point system for NPTO. For someone who has NEVER worked here before, it is a good company for a job, not a career.

    Cons

    Management. They are awful, play favorites and are entirely too friendly with only each other. To the point that it affects decision making. They hold grudges, make rash decisions and hire their friends who are sometimes incompetent. As long as you are a good performer, you will be left alone, but never promoted unless you suck up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Fire all the current management or retrain them and/or hire competent workers who can separate work and social gatherings. Treat your employees like they matter (like you used to) and not like a number. Promote people based on skill and proven work history and not on if you'd go on a camping trip with them.

    Pros

    Friendly co-workers, decent benefits package, company core values are followed at a local level, pay increases as an hourly employee are self driven and initiated.

    Cons

    Pay is lower than industry standard, new upper level management seem to have lost the "spark" that made WOW! the way that it was (taking care of your customers, both internal and external) the message seems to now be focused on the bottom line and nothing but the bottom line. Financial difficulties and missed goals are put too much in the face of front line employees, leading to lower morale and sense of future.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Return to the things that made WOW! a great place to work. 2% raises and a constant carrot/stick approach to bonuses that never materialize lead to lower morale and dissatisfaction in the ranks. Understand that taking care of your employees also leads to higher profits.

    Not being confined to a desk , helping people, schedules, holidays off and really good benefits such as free service

    Cons

    Bad leadership out of some sups, unrealistic expectations for new comers, also unbalanced rules for everyone
