    Pros

Flexible hours, nice workstations and parking available for a fee.

    Cons

Management is skattered, direction from superiors is often misguided from one manager to the next. The communication between technical and department managers is lacking considerably. Performance reviews were not given on time.

    Advice to Management

Involve everyone in your meetings, communication between staff and managers should be more transparent.

    Pros

The best reasons about this office in particular were the relationships among colleagues, clear communication between the office manager and staff, and a chance to work on most any project you desire.

    Cons

Low pay, raises are small (if any), lack of technical expertise within the office, weak relationships with other offices, technical complexity of projects is lacking, work load balance is unfair throughout the office -several individuals don't do anything while a few in the office do most of the work.

    Advice to Management

Distribute the work load evenly, be fair, stop favoring someone because they have a PG or PE, if they don't fit or can't do the job get rid of them, go out and get some new work -it's your job after all.
