    Advice to Management

Do your due diligence before buying a mortgage company. One bad decision bankrupted the best bank in the industry!

I have been working at Wachovia full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Comp plan, sales does not report to branch manager, provide tools to succeed and exceptional training, allow employees to easily transfer between departments.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Promote people that have demonstrated the ability to deliver and not based on how long someone has been there. Be more open to process changes.
