for a company that makes how many billions each year you think they could pay out a little more hourly to the workers and as such, people who are new are making just as much if not more then the older staff

freindly environment means that you don't have to mind too much.

save money is not for the products on the store only, also for the employees, do not expect some higher salary

I think the managers are doing a fine job. There are many critics but basically I feel either work there or find something else if you dont like it. It is what it is, either like it or move on.
