I have been working at Waldbaum part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Perform regular tasks, get to know some nice customers & co-workers. Calm and relaxing on a good day, which is rare.

    Cons

Management has no control over dept. supervisors, which lead to supervisor-associate issues. Current FE manager has no regard for scheduling. Who has everyone but one cashier leave at 7PM when the store's open for a few more hours on a holiday?

    Advice to Management

I can't give any advice b/c it's already too broken.
