I worked at Walgreens full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great Benefits, personal growth, liked talking to the customers

    Cons

Do not pay enough, managers do not care about their employees, every person has their own way of doing things, pushed to make unreasonable goals, physically challenging, and management would hassle you if you asked for personal time off or needed time off for a disability. Management did not want anyone talking to customers for more than a minute.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management need to do things the same way and be on the same page. There was very little training and it was basically figure it out on your own. Managers did not have time to train or did not want to train a person. Would always give negative feedback and not positive feedback. For this to be a family company it sure has gone done a whole lot. Need to evaluate how the company does things in order to be more family oriented.
