    Pros

Great culture and mentorship within the organization. You have the ability to grow with the company and feel like you're making a difference. Tons of learning opportunities which keeps the job fun and interesting.

    Cons

I would say having more opportunities for bonuses would help drive performance. The team works very hard and deserves it!

    Advice to Management

    More team events!

Overall, a great company to work for. If you're not looking to grow and advance, don't bother applying.

No challenges at the time because I was in control of my performance and reward

    Pros

The freedom in this job is the biggest pro. You are not being micromanaged every day. You literally drive around on your own so your time is your own.

    Cons

The cons of working at Walker definitely outweighed the pros. Even though they say you should make 600 dollars a week, that is highly unattainable even for some of their top people. When I worked there I saw so many of their top people leave because being a top person meant you maybe made 500 dollars a week(before taking out the money you spent on driving every day, and rejects from people not qualifying for the product or cancellations) The opportunity for upward mobility is not anywhere close to realistic as they make it seem. Their assistant manager seems to have been in his position for almost triple the time that management preaches and his promotion is not in the near future.

    Advice to Management

Stop lying about opportunity and over-promising.
