Pros
I found working at Walker Parking an absolute joy. This is a group of very friendly consultants where there is a lot of trust and independence.
Cons
Pretty specialized field. It's not the most exciting work I would say, but at the same time, Walker does get some pretty great clients because it offers such niche expertise.
Advice to Senior Management
Not much actually. Management is very friendly, and because it's such a small firm, communicating with management is not an issue.
