Training could be better
Small size means limited exposure to large, well known clients
No name recognition outside of Norfolk

Beef up training a bit and continue to grow

Pros

Great people to work with. Staff meetings every Monday keep you up to date on most all the current ongoings with the company. Very flexible work options.

Cons

Not sure about long term growth potential or career advancement opportunuties. Currently, too much staff and not enough real A&A work (i don't consider scanning and filing A&A work).

Advice to Senior Management

They need to grow the firm by expanding revenue and the industries they serve, NOT by simply hiring more staff for which there is not enough work.
