I worked at Wall Street District Hotel full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Co-Workers, and we could cash in pto

    Cons

Everything else just google them and see what the guest have to say. This place didn't/ doesn't care about employees or guest. The pay is terrible, under no circumstances are you to go into overtime . Our boss would ask us to stay late and the hours that we did stay late he would fix the schedule so that you would be shorted hours on another day. Just making sure that time evens out. They talk down to you and when you complain you are written up for insubordination and aggressive behavior.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire a real management company or consulting agency and stop hiring 20 year old adults who feel they are entitled to the world . In addition think about increasing the hourly pay. It may not matter but we have families too....

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
