Pros – Wallace Thomson provides a great opportunities for someone who is looking for a starting point for their management career.
Cons – You are in an isolated environment with older physicians in a community that has done little to nothing to improve itself.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue on the current path because the correct changes are being made under the new administration (<1yr) to make Wallace Thomson an effective community hospital
