    Pros

Friendly, polite, great management, tons of potential to move up for entry level workers. Overall was a great experience into the workforce.

    Cons

Not all locations are the same. I was blessed to be in one of the best performing stores in the country.

    Advice to Management

Encourage and help new workers learn what they can do to achieve much more than they might think that they can. By letting them know of more paths they can take, this could help with better turnover rates.

    Pros

A cool place to work. Not that many customers overnight.

    Cons

If you have school, this may not be for you. Unless you are part-time.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing you!

    Pros

There were some great team members I was working with. I learned from each of them.

    Cons

No room for error or mistakes on company policies. Instant termination if violated no matter the circumstances. I understand why that is, but is unfortunate when it was accidentally done, then poof no more career.

    Advice to Management

Overall my managers were excellent. Keep up the good work.

    Pros

Strong cultural legacy, can do anything it decides to do. Opportunity to move into different jobs.

    Cons

High pressure to conform. Change is TOUGH to make happen. Very Immature IT and HR practices.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the people you hire to bring changes! Remove the entrenched blockers to change ("that will never work here") and encourage actual planning instead of chasing shiny objects that waste money and kill engagement.
