    Pros

Misabel program, 25% off coupon in Dec.

    Cons

Communication errors, favoritism, hard workers punished while those who don't care flourish

    Advice to Management

Establish more than just a hand written system of notes to communicate between shifts. Show appreciation to those who truly work hard and don't just show up for a paycheck. Also eliminate any possible sexist raise practices. Praise your workers when they do a good hob and actually follow through on reprimanding those who make the job harder for everyone else.

    Pros

The scheduling is flexible. There are literally no other pros to working for this corporation unless you work in upper management.

    Cons

Inefficient Training, Expectation to perform work you have not been told was your responsibility, Scheduled to close one day and open the next, Awful pay

    Advice to Management

Care more about the employees working part time hourly positions. They are the reason why your store runs effectively.

    Pros

Meet some great people. Benefits are good. The hours are pretty good. You receive paid vacation and can accumulate paid sick time.

    Cons

The is no flexibility with the scheduling sometimes especially if you don't have a set schedule. Upper management can be very rude and condescending to employees. Hard to move up.
