    Pros

The best thing about working for Walmart is the adherence to their cultural values and extensive opportunities for growth. You can promote as long as you have the desire and willingness to advance your own destiny.

    Cons

The challenge to work for Walmart is that you are sometimes baptized with fire, thrown into positions where you either swim or sink. it is a very fast pace environment and sometimes it is difficult to maintain work-life balance.
