I have been working at Walt Disney Company as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

If you don't have any experience or are trying to buy time to figure out what you want to do with your career then I would recommend this program.

    Cons

It is very hard to get promoted during your program. You're basically working in a theme park or at a resort for minimum wage but people live seeing Disney on a resume.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I've seen quite a few talented employees leave for sea world or universal because they can't afford to work for such little pay.

    Pros

Excellent growth potential. Prestigious resume booster. Perfect corporation to refine relationship and partnering skills. The skills you develop here set the benchmark for the rest of corporate America.

    Cons

Volume of work is considerable. It's not unheard of to work 9-12 days straight during an event.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    More comp days.
