    Pros

Like everybody I worked with front office warehouse and most of the station managers

    Cons

Better pay which is with most jobs but if you can't guarantee the hours year round you still need to bring home a paycheck

    Advice to Management

Pay people what they're worth and not what you think you can get away with

    Pros

Had a good boss, people were nice to work with. They threw nice parties and let the employees come.

    Cons

Senior management wouldn't even look at you. They think they are better than most. Wage freeze most of the 4 years I worked there, but yet senior management were always getting new company vehicles. The pay wasn't great.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your employees, they are the backbone of your company. Your not better than anyone, even if you have more money than other people.
