Pros – All benefits paid for by company; periodical bonuses based upon company performance; very intelligent individuals overall; very motivated & hard working & dedicated individuals; some of the industry's best employed here - a great level of respect & knowledge to these individuals should be acknowledged, as it's quite impressive.

Cons – Employees tend to work very hard, long hours and abide by tight, chaotic deadlines which can be a quite normal, accepting environment in most companies. However, it could be said that employees here tend to be "overtaxed" which ultimately can negatively affect the team environment. Employees tend to be very loyal & passionate about their work here yet end up being negatively affected by hidden "agendas" and company "politics". Company lacked proactive approach with product information & decision-making.
