Media Company, recognition of brand of WB
Cons
No career planning, manager that are being promoted on basis of year worked and not competence, divivsion that don't talk to each other/
Advice to Senior Management
Take an example of a career driven company like Disney, GE, Microsoft etc and train your people to be accountable, not hide their head in the sand
