I have been working at Warner Bros. TV Production

    Pros

They pay you a lot to come here. Working on the lot is a great ooportunitya nd fun to be around. You can't beat craft services for food. However the recession is causing belt tightening everywhere. Hold on to your job and work hard.

    Cons

To much competition to move up. The hours are long but the pleasure of the work and success is sweet.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give us more credit for the work we do. Plan better so that we are not producing at the last minute. Get our meetings over sooner by not going off on tangents.
