    Small company with cuthroat environment.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Rockaway, NJ

ProsIf you have little experience in the pharmaceutical industry, this might be a place to get your foot in the door and get some experience.

ConsSenior management creates an enviroment where employees are encouraged to turn on each other instead of working collaborately. Very little support for professional development. Sink or swim environment.

I should have listened to reviews before taking the job....

    Sales Representative (Former Employee)
    Rockaway, NJ

ProsI had a great drug to sell and hit bonus every trimester. Great opportunity to make money, great benefits and vacation etc. Management is okay....

ConsI read on several boards before I took the job that they have the highest employee turnover in the industry but thought its just disgruntled employees, it couldn't possible be as bad as they say. I placed in the top 20% and hit bonus every trimester and still got layed off with one day notice right before Christmas along with a couple hundred other people. They require two dinners a week, no exceptions which was a little exhausting. When you work your butt off for a company you expect more respect than a one day notice (the day before payday, which means you don't get paid the next day because that will come a month later in your severence package...Merry Christmas!)

Great comp, smart mgt but needs serious internal readjustments in how ALL information is exchanged to reps.

great way to get foot in the door to pharma.

    Specialty Sales Representative (Current Employee)
    Omaha, NE

ProsIt gives you a chance to work in pharma with little to no experiene needed. There is a great oppertunity to make great money, if you willing to put in some long hours.

ConsUn-realistic expectations, uncomfortable situations with doctors at dinner programs, micro managed, very unprofessional, stack ranked, lack of leadership, direction changes every trimester, I have yet to have 6 months in a row where I have been reporting into the same manager.... YOU have to QUALIFY to get the pay out you earn and its a moving target.

Advice to Senior ManagementWork on developing and maintaining talent, would be nice to have a consistent message to promote in offices. As a sales rep, you talk to others in the division and no one will have the same idea as to whats going on, communication could use some work.

Strictly numbers based company not for the faint hearted...

    Sales Representative (Current Employee)
    Indianapolis, IN

Pros-Great bonus potential if you are at the top
    -Decent salary
-Nice car, free gas, great benefits
-Left alone to do your job, managers stay out of your way unless of course you aren't performing

Cons-Force ranking system needs work, you are constantly trying to beat yourself from the previous trimester. Also if you have negative growth with a product you receive no bonus even if you are at the top of the ranking report.
-Bottom 30% receive no bonus no matter what
-Middle of the line products, poor formulary coverage in many areas.
-Required to do 2 medical education programs per week, little work/life balance.

Stay away from Pharma....especially this place

    Specialty Sales Representative (Former Employee)
    Houston, TX

ProsGood base salary, company car and great expense allowance

ConsTraining was horrible, management was too young and green, changed bonus structure and selling techniques multiple times and products are not the best on the market by far. Also known in the industry as the "shady" company

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your employees when they have questions

Prosmoney is good if you have any managed care coverage, freedom from mgt, if sales are going good, alot of money for dinner
