    Pros

Good base salary, company car and great expense allowance

    Cons

Training was horrible, management was too young and green, changed bonus structure and selling techniques multiple times and products are not the best on the market by far. Also known in the industry as the "shady" company

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees when they have questions

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

If you have little experience in the pharmaceutical industry, this might be a place to get your foot in the door and get some experience.

    Cons

Senior management creates an enviroment where employees are encouraged to turn on each other instead of working collaborately. Very little support for professional development. Sink or swim environment.

I have been working at Warner Chilcott Limited full-time

    Pros

Unlimited budget and good commission plan.

    Cons

Terrible management, that uses fear to motivate. The sales force is a rovolving door. I was on a team that didn't have one rep with 1 years experience with the company... Management has also been known to promote shady sales tactics even when illegal.

    Advice to Management

Give reps more then 6 months to create growth, and support them without fear.

I worked at Warner Chilcott Limited full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Small company culture and excellent incentive compensation plan. Also, one of the few pharma companies that offered stock options and restricted shares as part of the incentive compensation plan.

    Cons

No company support in negotiating with managed care for favored tier status of it's promoted products. Paranoia and fear based culture in the last year or two due to Dept. of Health investigations.

    Advice to Management

    Hire a good lawyer.

    Pros

Company benefits before March 1st, 2014. That's about it for pros.

    Cons

Too many to name - management in Clinical Operations have a bad reputation. It can be seen as a result of their high turnover rate of their employees. Beware of management as they will use what they can and fire you just as fast as they hired you for any odd ball reason. If you see good ratings - be wary.

    Advice to Management

Treat people with respect and honor their achievements. What comes around goes around. Thank God I'm out of there.

    Pros

You could gain experience in the pharmaceutical industry, develop contact within the medical community and the industry to leverage for a future position

    Cons

If you have a couple bad months you will be moved out, if you have too many good months (make too much money) you will also be moved out

    Advice to Management

Experience, expertise and relationships have value to the company's financial success, both short term and long term, its possible to learn from other people and companies
