Pros – okay place to work if you have an MBA if you dont you may not get promoted or have the ability to move up
Cons – super corporate environment that is slow moving to change and lead more my politics than performance. Decisions are made depending on upper managements desires rather than what consumers may actually want.

Pros – Big company, lots to learn.
Cons – Department was too clique-y. It's one thing to have to prove your worthiness, but it was ridiculous how information was withheld to ensure power/seniority, etc.
Advice to Senior Management – you are too smart for your own good. But not as smart as you think you are.
