“Sinking ship”
I have been working at Warren Equities
Pros – As an emlployee, they are very understanding when it comes to life issues and allow you to take time off when needed.
Cons – They are on their way out. They are selling off subsidiaries and clearly have a plan to liquidate. Yet they feel they owe no one an explaination. Additionally, senior management is a "boys club".
Advice to Senior Management – I feel like they need to share more of their plans with the company. They should respect their emloyees more.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
