    Pros

    Excellent work atmosphere. Plenty of interesting things going on and very interesting colleagues. Excellent healthcare/insurance benefits. Good vacation.

    Cons

    Job /position security can be at the mercy of grant funding levels and availability, which is not what it used to be.

    Advice to Management

    Keep fostering and growing relations with the innovation community and local/regional industries.
