    Pros

Great benefits, beautiful campus, positive attitude in co-workers and boss, nice collaborative atmosphere. I worked in several public relations departments and had a great experience in each. I have been working at Washington University in St. Louis part-time

    Pros

The people involved in my research lab are all very passionate about their work. It is a great environment to get involved, and the professors are understanding if you have conflicts during a lab meeting.

    Cons

Long hours when you're running a lab study, but this is only a few weeks per semester. And sometimes running the labs can be fun. Nothing especially negative about this experience!

Friendly and collaborative environment for biomedical research. Good environment to conduct translational research. Most PIs are very friendly and do good research. The variations of research among different departments creates unlimited possibilities if you want to do something cool/new.
