    Ok company

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

    ProsNice company to work for.

ConsThey won't promote girls or like to hire girls for some type of roles. The person in charge is sexiest against girls. In the lower pay in the market and not much mobility to move up the ladder.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Glad to be part of this company

    Administration (Current Employee)

ProsThe company is very community-minded. There really are some fantastic people who work here. Managers can be awesome. However, like any company, your well being determines who your direct manager is. Benefits are okay - not fantastic. Pay is average. In my personal position, I look forward to coming to work every day.

ConsThe company spends a ton of money on manager parties and outings. Nothing much is spent on employees. Managers can get huge bonuses and pay raises. No merit raises for employees. District manager decides what your raise is and most employees get the same amount regardless of how hard you work.

Advice to Senior ManagementValue all employees, not just the young ones you want to groom for management. Also, don't be so management heavy. Give older workers a chance as they have a lot to offer.

    Good employer

    Residential Driver (Current Employee)
    Twin Falls, ID

ProsGreat company and good work / home life. They treat you like gold if you just do your job.

ConsIt got pretty boring after a while. I'm a people person tho, so if you are an introvert this is the job for you.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep it up.

    Home away from home

    Residential Driver (Current Employee)
    Hood River, OR

ProsFull time year around work with benefits.I can only speak for my location and the one closest by and overall great place to work.Yes some employees complain of burn out due to running a lean crew which I have witnessed but if you can tough it out for at least 5 years you will be earning 3 weeks vacation after the 1st 5 years and 4 weeks after 10 years and 5 weeks after 20 years which is a definite Pro.Kind of hard to burn out if you spread your vacation time out right(a week off every 3 or 4 months + most weekends).

ConsHealth care insurance is mediocre and a disadvantage to being out of the city is that insurance will only help with fitness club fee's from 2 different clubs that are only located in big cities.

Advice to Senior Managementexpand insurance to cover more fitness clubs to help out our employees in rural counties. In Hood River we only have 2 clubs and they are not on the list, the closest club we qualify for is apx 64 miles one way.For a company that is self insured this is something that makes sense.

Good Company, decent benefits, low turnover rate

    Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Former Employee)
    Puyallup, WA

Prosco-workers are a great group of guys to be around, very helpful and there is a sense of brotherhood.

ConsIt's cooperation, so over managed, and a lot of hang-ups with budgets and approvals, but all in all, decent wages, benefits are fair, and managers are friendly

Their servant leadership is mostly great

    District Controller (Former Employee)
    Walnut, MS

ProsIn management positions, they take great care of their employees, and they try to build from within.

ConsSometimes you wind up in a position where servant leadership isn't as good as it should be.
