    Pros

    - Wage was ok
    - Benefits are good
    - Drivers/Co-workers

    Cons

    - Management doesn't care about the employees or the customers
    - No one is held accountable for the loss of major accounts
    - Doesn't matter how good you are at your job you are replaceable
    - HR what HR, they are tied to Upper Management and are not there for the employees
    - Management is too busy trying to save their own jobs
    - Centralized is a joke and has cost the company customers, cost good people their jobs locally, but again it is all about the corporate dollar and what they want

    Advice to Management

Stop and listen to your employees/drivers they are the ones who deal with the customers day to day and live in the city that is being serviced. They do actually know something just because they are not in a suit sitting at a desk all day doesn't mean they know nothing!

    Pros

I loved working there years ago and they had great benefits.

    Cons

I tried to apply recently to come back but could not get past the phone recruiter. He decided I did not have the background. I feel I would have been a great fit with my background.

    Advice to Management

Revisit your recruiters and maybe have 2 different people call applicants as they may see something different.

    Pros

    Good people to work with

    Cons

This is the most demotivating and worst company I have ever worked for in my life.
Horrible senior management that constantly bullies, intimidates and ignores you if you don't give in to their unethical demands. They put dollars over safety and ethics on a constant basis and they will give themselves bonuses before merit increases.

    Advice to Management

have a serious look at the people in Calgary and make some changes for goodness sake!

    Pros

Nice cafeteria ... I don't have any other pros

    Cons

    Everything else.
     Low pay for the position.
     Cubicles ..
Training was overcrowded & only 1 of the trainers knew the computer systems. She was off 2 days & the other woman didn't know how anything worked.
    They wouldn't help asked !
Punching in@ the door no more than 5 minutes before your shift starts is mandatory, but you then must do EVERYTHING necessary before you clock in at your desk ... IE: bathroom, drinks, etc ... this is not humanely possible !!

    Advice to Management

Get a better training system. Figure out how to make it easier for your employees to clock in and still be on time...

    Pros

The Lewisville , TX office location was good, easy to get to with plenty of parking. The call center managers where very nice people personality wise. Probably due to corporate set up they did not have the tools or the staff to handle the call center load.

    Cons

!) Inside Commercial Rep II is not an entry level job. 2) Base compensation way to low for the amount of systems and processes used to complete job. 3) Training on old processes and systems is not a good way to build a solid foundation to complete the tasks need to assist customers. 4) 3 weeks of training is not enough for the complexity of the position. 5) Sales training was an absolute joke! 6) Grossly understaffed.

    Advice to Management

Commercial customers generate higher profits and thus should be treated as such and provided with excellent service from start to finish. Contracts work two ways when Waste Management causes a service failure they should make it right. You charge premium services prices but do not execute premium service and you customers hate you for it. Service delivery needs a overhaul.

    Pros

This is great if someone had no experience in a call center. Training by Arrika is good. Weekly pay.

    Cons

No support from Supervisor. The supervisors have a high turn over. The Supervisors are not trained on salesforce. Do not look for them for constructive criticism. The systems are dated. Everything is manual. Time consuming. No real follow up from dispatch. Once the new hiring class comes in go back to training.

    Advice to Management

Learn Sales force so you can guide your new hires. Get a system that talks to each other. Stop outsourcing your IT dept. Hire a receptionist so there can be basic office supplies

    Cons

Poor Management on all levels. They take advantage of customers with unethical price gauging contracts.

    Advice to Management

Need a better sales plan than just hoping people will stay in their contract. Leadership training if you want quality management.
