Best place to work as a Recruiter

    Recruiter (Current Employee) Chicago, IL

ProsI can make my own schedule. I am not micromanaged, and my success in the industry and with this firm is based solely on my own discipline and how hard I work. I love everyone, EVERYONE I work with and I can't say that about previous positions. This is a team environment, with the mentality of "work hard, play hard". Watson Dwyer believes in a Work-Life Balance.

ConsI don't have any cons. Maybe a low starting salary? But I just graduated college, so I don't expect to make a base salary of $40K.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

My experience has been unlike any other temp agency I've ever worked with.

    Temp (Current Employee)

ProsIt's a temporary agency, so you get paid every week.

ConsI had no idea how long my assignment would last and now several months later, I'm still in limbo.

Advice to Senior ManagementGiving employees a more clear and concise assignment would improve the company immensely.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
