Revolutionary strategy for long term growth in their industry
Tremendous flexibility to grow the business
Direct involvement with customers from sales through move in
Great work environment - get to get out of the office on a daily basis

Cons

Industry is in a depression
Resources get tight when volume drops, and income can suffer as a result
Sometimes have to work outdoors for short periods of time in bad weather

Advice to Senior Management

Continue to stay focused on the "Redefining the Building Experience" strategy, and look for additional ways to grow the business (especially its income) in the down economy.

Pros

Financialy strong company, forward thinking in relation to where they are going in the industry and the leaders/owners of the company are very qualified for the job.

Cons

Work load is intense, but management does a very good job of leading by example. Among certain groups there is too much petty talk.

Advice to Senior Management

Not much advice to give, I have been very happy with the way the way the company is managed. Communication is great and the management team does a great job of creating a sense of team.

Pros

Financially strong company. Name recognition in the mid-west.

Cons

Owner of the company who made it successful has passed away. Two brothers have pretty much shut the company down. No name recognition in the South East.

Advice to Senior Management

Someone needs to be organized and provide real direction.
