Detroit, MI

Former Employee – worked at Wayne State full-time for more than 10 years

ProsThe benefits are excellent, and working on a university campus is especially fun.

ConsThere is no vision. The politics between divisions and colleges is insane. Too many people are too concerned about getting their piece of the pie and not attempting to make everything work together. It is, in the end, a very toxic environment with management that has no clue how to handle its employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementIt's time to value your employees.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
