Pros

The reasons that i work at wfma and stay there is that the employees are all like a big family. We work as a team and respect and depend on each other to do our daily jobs. If we need coverage because we need time off most of the girls are usually able to adjust their schedules so that we get the needed time. We all genuinely care about each other and going to work each day doesn't seem to be a chore. We all have our duties and we are there for our patients and the community. Our Doctors care about us and the people they treat everyday and it is a joy and a priveledge to work at WFMA.

Cons

The payscale can not compare to larger practices because we are a privately owned company.
