    Positive Outlook

    Pros

Hands down, working at Waze was the most challenging and rewarding carreer move I ever made. Reporting to Noam, the wise-cracking uncle I never asked for, taught me more about what it means to be a professional than my 24 years of prior learning combined.

    Cons

Working across transatlantic borders is always frustrating.

    Advice to Management

It would have been nice to better understand the larger business goals of the company before the acquisition. Then again, I have no complaints.

    Advice to Management

i think the management doesn't need my advice they doing things better than I would ever do it. They should get all the credit

I have been working at Waze full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - management style passes most responsibility to the employees and allows them to manage their own time - great fun product to work on - high quality employees - minimal paperwork and bureaucracy - no blame games

    Cons

    - must be a self-managing type, for the most part

  8. An excellent opportunity to affect millions of users with super-friendly colleagues

    Pros

You affect millions of users on a daily basis. Great working environment from both the management and the colleagues. Since this is a startup company, changes you make reach the customers very quickly.

    Cons

Competing against Software Giants such as Apple & Google in the maps is a great challenge which involves a high risk, so like most startups - you don't know what might happen tomorrow.
