    Pros

    1. The company does know a lot about building strong sites, SEO, lead generation, conversions, Internet marketing, i.e. how to successfully run multiple online businesses generating great revenues.
    2. They owns a number of highly ranking web properties in some most competitive fields - an experience you can't get in most other web companies because here you actually have to work in such high levels of competition where the game is different, and that let's you grow professionally, big time.
    3. Other pros of working at WGP are: knowledge share, self-growth, high level challenges, interesting tasks, amazing working conditions, and smart people around you.

    Cons

    1. The corporate sites need to be much more impressive, they are too modest today. You have no idea the company is that great when looking at the corporate sites from outside, you only see it when you actually start working. If they want to attract top experts, and they do, they should make sure people want to work for them right away.
    2. The company and the group in general should probably be much more acceptable to new web business models, they have everything needed to succeed in undiscovered areas and they should try that much mor often, they are trying to play too safe these days.
    3. Too many levels of managers, I think there better be 5-10% of managers, 90-95% of those who do simpler work and don't manage anyone.

    Advice to Management

    See the Cons. :)

    Pros

Great office and location; great work content and interesting tasks; young company and growing fast; laid back yet hard working environment; not your normal consultancy company. Unique challenges found nowhere else.

    Cons

Knowledge of projects and where the company is going is held in high regard because this is one of the few ways to protect your own position and feel important; this information is rarely shared. There is a vail of secrecy that has always been over the company and that is where this is coming from. Salary transparency does not exist. Limited HR resources.

    Advice to Management

Make the company truly transparent. Encourage employees to talk more and share experiences. Allow more freedom 3in work. Remove the false hierarchy that has been created in the abense of a real one. Dismantle the good-old-boys-club that governs conduct.
