I have been working at WebCanada full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Chance to work with majors clients globally. Company is growing fast, positions are always opening. The office is great, in a good location, chairs are comfortable. Catering service on fridays.

    Cons

Some processes are unmanaged. Workstations operate poorly, developer can't choose their operation system of choice or picking a laptop.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I feel some employees need a morale boost. Company need to enhance internal communication and image to retain and attract talent.

    I worked at WebCanada

    Pros

You'll get the chance to say you've worked on some major hotel brands. It's a pleasant office environment, nice chairs. You'll get a free lunch on Fridays and a free Metropass

    Cons

Their pricing undercuts the competition, and your salary suffers as a result. The company was still growing when I left, they were still not in a position to being able to charge more.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire a developer to manage developers.
