    Pros

Pleasant environment, very smart co-workers that treat each other with respect. Nice office in a great location. Good pay and benefits.

    Cons

Priorities change at the drop of a hat and are sometimes unclear, which can be frustrating. Fast pace can get overwhelming when it seems like there's not a light at the end of the tunnel.

    Pros

Good place to learn and work Flexible hours Many new technologies to play with Depending on the team, but in general very well versed peers Stock options, benefits, work from home Competitive salary

    Cons

Stocks dropped from 60 - 30 because sharks above cashed in.. - this hurts everyone else in the company as you get stock options

Some of the smartest people I have ever worked with. I continue to learn from the people around me

    Cons

Things changing so quickly there is little time to stop and reflect on the work you have done I just don't have the free time catch up with the work I have.

    Advice to Management

Prune the priorities to maintain a realistic set of actions for the organization to accomplish

    Pros

I thought the culture here was fantastic. There were a ton of A players, who were passionate about the space and the kind of work we were doing. Very much a place where you are given freedom to make the most of it.

    Cons

Very entreprenurial, you have to pull from the organization what you want and need. It isn't always offered. ( this can be good or bad ).

    Advice to Management

Since I left, it is very clear that management recognized the challenges ahead and took steps to figure out a path forward for success. Digital is ever evolving. Ensure you have your finger on the pulse of where digital is going in healthcare. I'd love to see real investment in R&D to try new product ideas and services out.
