I have been working at Weber State University part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Very flexible hours for part time workers. Understanding of student needs, and will help you prioritize your time well between school and work. I love my co workers. Everyone genuinely is interested and caring about your life. It pushes you to work hard for your team. Morale is high, and people are very patient to train you and are receptive to new ideas. Management is always looking out for your best interest.

    Cons

It is a temporary part time job only,I just wish there were more summer positions or more hours available.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I love who I work for, sometimes things can get a little wonky, but that's just how it is working for a university when there are a lot of factors involved.
