Wedgewood Enterprise Reviews
Pros – WEC boasts great personnel - at least on the "lower" level of employees, the work is different every day which helps prevent burn out, there is always something new to be learned and someone with a lot of experience to teach you if you pursue it.
Cons – The workload does not match the compensation in most departments. I averaged a 65-hour work week and hardly received proper compensation for a 40-hour work week. Year-end bonuses are given to the whole company, but are extremely skewed across the business and reflect who your boss is more than how much work you did or what you "earned."
Advice to Senior Management – Respect the people who work for you. Particularly by being more honest with them. Nothing is worse than working for dishonest people.
Offer management courses or at least trainings to first-level managers. They all lack experience and the work environment suffers accordingly.

“They use the term "not fitting the direction of the company" in order to can anyone with a backbone!”
Pros – The company's president has a great vision. The company offers bonus benefits like allowing employees to stay at company owned properties and great parties. They also offer monthly company wide bonus' which are unheard of during these times as well as year end bonus' that are supposed to be based on how much work you do, but it's mostly based on who is in good with upper management. There are also great investment opportunities. The ability to learn new things.
Cons – Those who have been with company a long time tend to be able to get away with murder. They have become masters of manipulation and can easily work together in order to get rid of someone who they don't like or have a problem with. Departments are understaffed and the are upfront when they tell you that they pay well below market rate for the job you're hired to do. Not a very culturally diversified office. The employees pretend to be friendly and embrace new comers, but it's a bunch of clicks, gossip, and backstabbing. Not a very healthy work environment. I'm looking to change employment soon.
Advice to Senior Management – Actually take the time to look into which employee is actually doing what and don't think that because the work was done, it was done by the person it was assigned to in order to make sure that the wrong person is taking credit for the work.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
