I have been working at Weichert Realtors full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Weichert is a great place to work and learn a lot about real estate. The office has a lot of great people/realtors who are willing to help each other and are understanding. Management is willing to offer their assistance and guidance.

    Cons

The market at times is seasonal. It is strictly commission with no benefits. You definitely work more than a 40 hour week so be prepared to do so. Some of their lead generation systems are not scrubbed

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing.

I have been working at Weichert Realtors full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Working as realtor, they can be quite helpful in terms of training and development.

    Cons

As a part of the corporate side, it is a sad sea of grey unenthusiastic cubicles with little inspiration.

    Advice to Management

Start to value company culture and finds ways to attach talent and work in synergy. It is too obvious that Weichert hires the lowest bidders.

I have been working at Weichert Realtors full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Tight knit of people who come together and help you out so it feels more like an extended family rather than a job.

    Cons

Being a private contractor you don't get any health care plans or any 401 k plans everything you have to do on your own.

    Advice to Management

Being more approachable to their associates and also helping them out when they first start out as that is the toughest time.
