Pros
Management offers the newest tools and most effective tools to help you be successful in the real estate field. They are always willing to listen.
Cons
Commission based job and the market in Florida is very depressed at this time. With home values still dropping it can be difficult to sell houses.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep doing the right things and continue to help your associates with as much support as possible. No major complaints

Outstanding support, tools, marketing, financial, insurance, etc.

Lot of training. Lead opportunities. Advanced training working with the largest independent Real Estate company in the US. Great Internet presence. Opportunity to make a lot of money if you're willing to work hard.

100% on comission. Must be a self starter. Long hours and weekends.

1. Management is excellent at communicating and encouraging success
2. Leads were handed out fairly
3. 100% commission but every opportunity is given for a sales associate to succeed

2. 100% commission so you better be ready to work hard at generating your own leads
3. Floor duty time gets a bit boring

1. Begin a regional promotional campaign including but not limited to billboards, commercials on TV and radio and internet blitzes.
2. Have bonus prizes (i.e. trips, etc)

lots of training, personal attention from manager, wonderful people

Weichert does not advertise aggressively enough, Weichert name is not as known locally as most of its competitors

allocate more budget on marketing and less on excessive sales training
