    Pros

The work environment is really great, flexible hours, managers are very good at communicating with you

    Cons

I have been working at Weis Builders part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Good work environment and culture
    Allows for flexible scheduling
    New and updated technology

    Cons

Not too much to say, but to allow for employees to get to know each other better, more teambuilding activities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to take the time to talk to interns throughout the summer and see what they want out of their internship and allow for it to be a learning and growing opportunity for them.
