Pros – Great reason for working Welding Services, the people the astmosphere is very laid back. Eventhough you stay extremely busy. There benefits are good.

Cons – Working with the Corporate office, Aquilex is the hardest part about being at WSI because they are not people oriented.

Advice to Senior Management – The management can be a bit hard on you, until they see your work and become more comfortable with your abilities. Then they will challenge you more so that you can have an opportunity to move up with in the company.

Pros – The people I worked with were excellent, many of them are under utilized and unappreciated, which causes stress and frustration, but the people are great. The flexibility and relaxed atmosphere helps especially during busy seasons.

Cons – The lack of upper management support, employees not having a voice, and working in a culture that doesn't support teams is a definite con that needs to be addressed immediately. A blame culture is driven throughout the entire company.

Advice to Senior Management – Train your employees, value your people by creating a growth plan for each employee, and listen to customer complaints and requests so they can better predict future market demands.
