Pros
Relatively good salary and benefits.
Cons
Communication within the corporation was lacking in all areas but especially in workflow through outsourced section of business. Problems with English language capabilities as well as required documents necessary for federally mandated paperwork.
Heath G. Schiesser is no longer leading WellCare.Advice to Senior Management
Eliminate outsourcing of essential documentation handling.
