    Pros

Good company to work for. Great vacation, they really invest in their employees. They encourage you to volunteer at local organizations and will even pay you your salary to do it.

    Cons

Fairly low pay and high stress. Don't like that they are so sales driven. You can make the customers just as happy when you meet their needs instead of trying to sell them something all the time.

    Advice to Management

Think less about trying to sell to every single customer and more about just making them happy.

    Pros

Good hours, benefits. Co-workers are often cheery and easy to work with. Customers are great.

    Cons

Sales incentives are weak. Management not adequately trained to support growing sales requirements.

    Advice to Management

Make it a more inclusive incentive environment. Forget individual plans, maintain so the branches work as a team.

    Pros

Savings plan, good team environment, benefits were ok, nice to have most holidays off, fairly low stress job, opportunity to move to different locations fairly easy

    Cons

The division Wells Fargo Financial(loan shark) I worked for is no longer in business, charging 28-30% interest on loans

    Advice to Management

Since they have ceased to exist there is no words of wisdom except maybe they should have stuck to their original business model.

    Pros

-Lots of opportunity to rise within the company (as long as it's the path they have mapped out for you) -Time off is pretty good for entry-level work. -In addition to salary, additional sales-based compensation is a possibility.

    Cons

-Day-to-day sales are main focus. What happened yesterday is mostly irrelevant to management. -Sales can often be pushed to disadvantage of individual customers. -Regional cost-of-living can make compensation non-competitive.

    Pros

I liked the hours and we receiving a fairly good salary (mainly because I was in Alaska) I liked that we had the weekends off.

    Cons

Where I worked it was usually pretty slow. If you work at a busy location it is better than standing around for most of the day not doing much.

    Advice to Management

I think it would be good if leadership was more strict on certain individuals. Must follow the same policy for every worker.
