I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The hours are stable. Training is ok. I have found it to be just a "get by type job". Will be looking for something better.

    Cons

The money is low. The hours vs. the money just doesn't really cut it.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Paid training in headquarter before you work

    Cons

    *very basic salary
    *store managers are sales-driven only
*terrible ethical employees among them playing dirty political games to win more sales
*stressful sales job designed for high school graduates
*mean, money driven company train you to be a greedy liar

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees are not just heads to open accounts and credit cards for you. Wells Fargo proves it that they only care about money but not customer service. The more money customer has, the better fake service it give out. Trust me you can make a personal banker in WF to lick a millionaire's shoe.

I have been working at Wells Fargo

    Pros

Gave paid time off, and also had health benefits. Also very lenient when it comes to re-adjusting your schedule due to emergencies.

    Cons

If you like the retail life style then there are not really any cons. The only con I can think of was that I was hired as a 20 hour teller but they would make me work 35 hours a week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Add extra employees so that those who are hired for an x amount of hours do not have to work more than they are hired to do.
