Pros
Great people to work with. A lot of the people there are welcoming and like to help you in whatever you need help with.
Cons
Sometimes when I e-mailed people I thought i would get faster feedback. Sometimes I felt the need to prove my worth. Which actually isn't bad at all.
Advice to Senior Management
I think there should be a little better communication between branches to increase cross selling which will in turn increase revenue.

one of the top companies to work for to launch a career. fast paced and they take an interest in growing you professionally if you show the desire to learn.

hours of operations in some branches can extend into personal life. The compensation maxes out on comission so anything over the highest tier doesn't get paid the same.

My boss is really easy going and understands a good balance of work and personal time. She asks that we have a good time but get our work done and works with you.

The oakland branch is amazing in its supportive environment, and effectiveness. The management was extraordinarily approachable and seemed to really care about their employees.

Compared to other banks, working as a teller involves several steps just to process certain transactions. The company prides itself on service. Therefore, expect numerous customer evaluations on the level of service that you provided.
