Too much of micro management regarding the time spent at the office. Not much work given from the onsite.

Try to make sure work is done instead of micro management of the employees.

Should make use of the people skill and provide them with varied opportunities. Provide long term onsite opportunities for really deserved people. This is the model followed by all other outsourcing companies as it is a mutual benefit

Best money package, better ambience, nice employee maintainance

Not ready to change for better performance, high resisitance to change
Poor Onsite and offsite coordination, Onsite irresponsible and High delays in communications, no clarity in decisions.
