Pros – Depending on your service manager as a teller, it is very easy to balance a work schedule with your school schedule. You are recognized for your accomplishments and rewarded by bonuses which is great for people who really know how to sell and give good customer service. You always know what is expected of you and what the goals are on a daily basis which eliminates any confusion on what needs to be done on that particular day.
Cons – The sales goal has continually grown each year by nearly 20% which is very reflective on what the bank is trying to accomplish in the fact that they want as many accounts and relationships as possible at almost any cost. You are constantly pressured to hit sales numbers throughout the day by your managers which is reflective usually on your district manager who in turn will feel the heat by his superiors.
Advice to Senior Management – I hope Wells Fargo slows down its quickly increasing sales goals and help provide realistic goals for stores that need it instead of being threatened by transfers and lay-offs.

Pros – Really organized. It's easy to move up if you are great at sales. Nice pay, nice benefits. Customer service is amazing! Tools are amazing!
Cons – It's too sales oriented, it's all about the numbers. Not enough recognition.
Advice to Senior Management – Please do more recognition!! Your people are begging for it!

- Reasonable Pay
- Great Company Ideals
Cons – - Sometimes the Company message gets lost as the Company's bonus structure leads to burnouts and pressure to do the wrong thing for the customer.
